<image:title>Forums - ”"There are few places I can get to know someone well enough for them to challenge me in all the important spheres of my life. My Corpath Forum provides me with relationships where I can be encouraged, held accountable and mentored by others who, like me, have felt alone in their leadership role. Also, the Forum as a whole has provided relevant insights to the business and spiritual dimensions of the major decisions that I face in business."“</image:title>

      <image:title>The Three Gauges - Business</image:title>
<image:caption>Success in business for the Christian is measured by more than monetary issues. In the light of eternity, success also involves excellence in how employees are cared for, how suppliers and customers are treated, how tax issues are handled and how profits are stewarded. At Corpath, we believe that approaching business issues in a God-honouring way not only ensures success from an eternal perspective but also provides a competitive advantage in the here and now. The Corpath Forum process provides a trustworthy, confidential atmosphere that has an emphasis on building business expertise through the advice and experience of a group of their business peers.</image:caption>

      <image:title>The Three Gauges - Life</image:title>
<image:caption>The demands of business can sometimes be so all consuming that it can lead to imbalance and a deterioration of an individual’s personal and family life. This imbalance can lead to health issues if exercise, vacation time and personal care are sacrificed due to the mistaken belief that "next year things will slow down". If your personal/family relationship gauge is trending toward the red zone as a result of your efforts to "grow the business", you may eventually be celebrated as a success in the business arena but it could come at great cost of failing to maintain your most important relationships. The Corpath Forum process provides accountability and encouragement to maintain the health of the individual’s personal life, and family relationships with spouse, children, and loved ones.</image:caption>

      <image:title>The Three Gauges - Spirit</image:title>
<image:caption>How does the Bible speak to the marketplace today? Is there a Christian way to do business that is honouring to God? Is participating in business a calling? At Corpath, we believe the answers to these and other spiritual questions raised by Christian business people are best discovered in a small community of business peers who meet in a trusting, confidential environment on a regular basis. The Corpath Forums practice a non-denominational, non-judgmental approach to exploring these spiritual questions and keeping the 'spiritual gauge’ in positive territory. The focus is on personal spiritual growth and learning what the Bible says about business.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Corpath Values - Confidentiality</image:title>
<image:caption>Assurance of confidentiality is critical to Corpath Forum health. Forum members understand that confidentiality must be total and absolute. That is why Forum members assume everything said at a Forum meeting is confidential, no matter how trivial. They agree to talk to no one about Forum discussions, including with spouses, outside of the Forum, unless the ‘holder’ of the information gives permission. Confidentiality is forever, even after a member leaves their Corpath Forum.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Corpath Values - Participation</image:title>

<image:caption>Forum members agree to share transparently about personal, family and business issues for Forum members to effectively provide feedback, support and prayer for them. <image:title>Corpath Values - Diversity</image:title>
<image:caption>Corpath is a non-denominational, Christian organization. As such, members do not sign any statement of faith, but simply indicate their faith in Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord. Members may represent a variety of Christian faith traditions and are encouraged to participate in and support a local Christian community. Corpath members in each Forum represent a variety of businesses. Corpath Forums will often include a member who represents the non-profit sector. If Forum members agree, membership in the Forum may include men and women.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Corpath Values - Peer Alignment</image:title>
<image:caption>Corpath Forums function best when there is a high degree of similar business experience and leadership level responsibility among members in the same forum. Senior forums tend to include established business owners (with business revenues exceeding $2M) or senior executives (CEO, COO, CFO, profit centre leader), including Executive Director of an established non-profit. Members in Accelerator forums have a shorter leadership record and own businesses more recently established (with minimum revenues of $250,000.) Members in individual forums, whether (Senior or Accelerator) should not own businesses in a similar competitive sector.</image:caption>

<image:title>Corpath Values - “Christ is at the Table”</image:title>
<image:caption>Corpath members are followers of Jesus Christ and take seriously their commitment to Christian discipleship. That is why every Corpath Forum meeting and retreat includes a time of devotional reflection based on Christian scriptures, and prayer for each member and the issues they are facing. As such, we say that “Christ is at the table” when Corpath Forum members meet.</image:caption>
