We use a small group of peers to guide leaders through the process of developing their personal lives and businesses. We use Bible-based principles that are practical, relevant and effective. Corpath is for leaders in business who want to become leaders in faith.
Corpath is also part of a larger Christian organization, Christian Business Ministries Canada. You can visit CBMC at www.cbmc.ca.
We seek to:
- Present Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord
- Invite business leaders into a growing and intimate relationship with the Lord
- Teach, encourage and equip leaders and teams to be accountable to one another and to be able to teach others
- Serve the business community enabling leaders to manage their careers and operate their businesses according to biblical principles
- Form strategic local, national and global alliances with churches and ministries committed to the work of the gospel
Friendly Board of Advisors
Corpath offers a haven where business leaders can benefit from peers sharing from their experience in a Christ-centred context. Members exchange ideas, receive Godly counsel, and access the wisdom and experience of other group members. Most important, the Group process helps business executives seek the leadership of the Holy Spirit when making important decisions.
Process Oriented
Encouragement, prayer, objective advice, and peer support are invaluable for leaders facing the challenges - and opportunities - of leadership! Members say the process is the most relevant, vibrant, and valuable executive development program they have experienced. They highly recommend a Corpath group to any business leader who is intentional about spiritually aligning each area of their lives.
The Value of Small Groups
Each group includes up to eight people who meet on a monthly basis at a convenient time and place. Members must view meetings as a high priority business commitment. If extreme situations arise between meetings, members may request that an emergency meeting be called or telephone conference call scheduled.
Size is limited due to the need for bringing together common levels of experience and expertise. Limiting the size also fosters meaningful interaction and gives each member ample opportunity to contribute and participate. Diversity insures that each group maintains a unique pool of wisdom and experience. Participants must be from non-competing businesses.
